Description
To help the operator with registering, preparing his SUTs, and executing the test cases, the session process section of the home page will display content that is relevant to his role and his progress in the current test session.
Content is mainly statistics and shortcuts to the pages of interest in the tool.
4 phases are identified:
- Registration: until at least one SUT is accepted in the test session;
- Preparation: between the end of the registration, until the test session start date;
- Testing: between the test session start and end dates;
- Evaluation: after the test session end date.
The user will see a timeline to understand in which phase he is, except in the case of continuous test sessions. In that latter case, no timeline is displayed and only the testing phase subsection is always displayed.
