Registration
TSM pushes information to the community
IHE Catalyst is creating an IHE Community with the support of Zoho Connect tool. The test session manager can take advantage of this tool to broadcast announcement to the community (or a group inside this community). Some announcement can be automatically triggered to the participants.
As a test session manager, I shall be able to announce to one or more groups that a test session is now open for registration;
When the registration deadline is reached, Gazelle Test Management shall trigger a notification to the groups that the registration is now closed;
Session process for test session managers
To help the test session manager with managing the session in Gazelle Test Management, the session process section of the home page will display content that is relevant to his role and his progress in the current test session.
Content is mainly statistics and shortcuts to the pages of interest in the tool.
4 phases are identified:
Registration for organisations
An organisation shall be able to register one or more SUTs to a test session until the registration deadline is reached.
After the registration deadline, a message shall be displayed to inform the user that he is no more allowed to add or alter systems under test.
When the session requires it, the organisation owner shall be able to manage the attendees to the event.
When the session requires a contract, the user shall see a summary of the fees that are being invoiced to his organisation and he shall be able to download the contract for the event.
Session process for operators
To help the operator with registering, preparing his SUTs, and executing the test cases, the session process section of the home page will display content that is relevant to his role and his progress in the current test session.
Content is mainly statistics and shortcuts to the pages of interest in the tool.
4 phases are identified:
Menu access
The navigation in Gazelle Test Management shall follow the basic test session process.
The menus shall not be specific to a type of events that can be run with Gazelle Test Management but rather oriented toward a generic usage (for example, remove all references to the Connectathon).
As a user with different roles, I shall not see the same menu entry in different places.
The image below shows the menu layout for (in this order):
Home page for non-logged in users
The home page is made of three sections:
- Announcement section (for non-logged in users)
- Test session process section
- Documentation section
The administrator of the tool shall be able to edit/manage the content to be displayed to the user. Users shall see the appropriate section based on his progress in the test session.
