User management

In case the user account is not created by the user himself but a tool administrator or organisation owner, an email is sent to the user with a link to set up his password. Click on this link leads to a page in Gazelle Test Management where the user has to enter twice his password.

When the "no user management mode" is activated, a regex can be defined to select a set of IP address. Only users connected from these IP addresses will be granted as "admin" others will only be "logged" users.

Except TM, GMM, PR, all applications can work disconnected from the CAS. That means that any user can log into the application and be granted as admin without needing an account in the tool.

There is no read-only view of the organisation's details. This page displays all the "demographics" information about the organisation:

• name, keyword, and type;
• Website URL;
• URL of the IHE Integration statements repository;
• mailing/billing addresses;
• billing contact details (name, phone number, email address);
• Purchase order (since it is different for each new invoice, that's quite strange to have it at company level);
• VAT information (member state + European country VAT number) ==> very specific to European countries

Remove an address from the list for a given organization. An organisation can create as many addresses as needed and select which one to use for mailing and which one for sending invoice (billing address). The user has the ability to permanently delete an entry from the list of addresses if it is not used as mailing or billing address. Otherwise, an error message is displayed when the user hits the trash button.

Change the organization's address. Two addresses are registered within Gazelle Test Management: mailing address and billing address. They can be two different locations.
