The tool administrator registers a new organisation within the tool.

Create an account for a user

List, filter and sort all the users registered in the tool.

Access the tool as another user without knowing his credentials.
Mainly used by the developers for debugging.

Download an excel spreadsheet containing the details about the users displayed on screen (based on the filters).

Information included within the file:

• Keyword of the organisation
• Username
• Name (Last name / First name)
• Activated or not
• Blocked or not
• Number of logins
• Date and time of the last connection
• Username of the last modifier
• List of roles

Change the password of a user, no need to know the current one

Mark a user account as unblocked.

Mark a user account as blocked. As a consequence, user cannot log into the application until his account is unblocked.

The owner of the organization enables the account of the newly signed in user through the user interface.

Gazelle Test Management is designed to handle multiple testing sessions. It allows the registration, the execution, and the results to be specific to a testing session.
The user is able to change context by switching the testing session.
