Description
Zoho Cliq allows the user to set reminders. We want to make use of this feature to allow him to:
- Be reminded to resume a test after the latter has been paused;
- Schedule a test with one or more partners;
- Be reminded to finalize the review of a test run.
This feature makes use of the Zoho Cliq REST API.
Technical requisite: IHE Catalyst is building an IHE community in Zoho Connect. Zoho Cliq is the communication tool offered by the Zoho suite. During test events, Zoho Cliq is used to allow the communication between the test session managers and the participants (SUT operators, monitors) but also between the participants.
To be able to create channels in Zoho and to send notification to the appropriate persons, a user in Gazelle Test Management shall be mapped to a user in Zoho Cliq. Email address might be the foreign key.
