SUT Operator

As an operator or an organisation owner, on the Registration page, I shall see a "Participating Systems under test" section. In this section, I shall see the list of systems under test that are registered by my organisation in the current test session. For each systems, I need to see the following pieces of information:

As an organisation owner, when I want to register to a test session, I shall enter all the required information from one single place not to miss an important part of the registration process.

As an operator, when I access a test session during the evaluation phase, I want to see a summary of the status of my evaluation for all the SUTs from my organisation to have an overview of the evaluation process.

That is to say, for each accepted system under test, a card displays information about the statuses of the SUT capabilities.
A shortcut allows the user to access the Evaluation page, filtered to display only the content related to the SUT.

As an operator, when I access a test session during the testing phase, I want to see a summary of the overall progresses for all the SUTs from my organisation as well as a pointer to the test execution page to follow-up with the progresses.

That is to say, for each system under test accepted to the session, a graphic shall show how many test runs involved the systems and what are their statuses.

As a vendor or vendor_admin user, I want to know which of the test session phases is currently ongoing: Registration, Preparation, Testing, or Evaluation to better understant the test session process and what are the next milestones and steps. 

In the session process section, if the session is not a "continuous test session" display the name of the different phases along with the dates:

As an operator, when I access a test session in Gazelle TM, during the preparation period, if I have SUTs accepted in the session and preparatory tests are available, I want to see the execution status of those and get link to execute them so that I can perform my homework as expected by the management team.

Execution status: for each SUT, a progress bar with the number of completed, running, and pending tests

As an operator, when I access a test session in Gazelle TM, during the preparation period, if I have SUTs accepted in the session, I want to see a summary of my registration as well as the link to access the details of my registration and the list of other participating SUTs, so that I can have an overview of the test session's scope.

When the user is logged as vendor or vendor_admin in a test session, if his organisation has systems under test accepted to the session, during the preparation phase, he shall see:

As an operator, when I access a test session in Gazelle TM, during the registration period, I want to see information about my systems under test as well as the pointers to the pages I have to work on; thus I can complete my registration on time and do not miss to provide any information.

In particular, I shall see :

As a participant to a test session, I want to receive notification when the documentation is updated so that I know when new information is available.

As a user, I want to see the list of tools of interest along with their availability, their documentation, and who to contact in case of issue or question, from any page in Gazelle Test Management.
