When new messages are posted to the user (through the "notification" feature), the user can receive an email that notifies him of a new message to be read in the tool.

In case the user account is not created by the user himself but a tool administrator or organisation owner, an email is sent to the user with a link to set up his password. Click on this link leads to a page in Gazelle Test Management where the user has to enter twice his password.
