Create test event

Description

An interoperability testing event, in the context of IHE, can be a Connectathon or a Projectathon. It has a starting and an end date, a location, a registration period and so on. Additionally, the testing event might require the participants to request badges, to sign a contract, to pay fees. The testing session administrator has the ability to give all those details when he/she creates the testing event in Gazelle.
