Add a new conformance profile

Adding a new conformance profile consists in two things:

• Creating a new reference in Gazelle Master Model (uses an API offered by GMM)
• Creating a new entry in Gazelle HL7 Validator that gives the path to the HL7v2 message profile file

The foreign key between those two entites is the HL7 message profile OID.

Conformance profiles can be

• HL7v2.x conformance profile, the old format formely created using Messaging workbench and manuall edited
• HL7v2ConformanceProfile from the NIST IGAMT tool.
