Test plan overview and progresses

Known as "main connectathon page", list all the test cases to be executed by each system of an organization, sorted by actor/integration profile/option to be tested. List the test instances grouped by status. Also gives indicator on the number of available partners and advancement (based on the minimum number of tests to be performed). When grading has started, results are also displayed on that page
