As a test session manager, on the evaluation page I shall have access to a button to ask the tool to make an announcement in Zoho (or send an email) regarding the availability of the results.
When I click on this button, I am asked to select the Zoho groups where to send the announcement.
If no Zoho network is defined, I can choose to send the announcement to the [Mailing List URL] defined at the test session level.
A default text shall be displayed and I can edit it.
Default text:
Dear community,
Results for the [test session name] are now available in [application name] at [application URL].
In case you have questions, contact the test session manager (+ mailto: test session manager).

When I access the evaluation page, if I am one of the test session managers, there is a button "announcement results availability".
When I push this button, I am asked to select the group where to send the announcement. Alternatively, if there is no Zoho network defined, I can send the announcement to an email (Mailing List URL).
A default text is generated and I can edit it.
The announcement is actually published to the correct target.
