As a test session manager, I can ask the tool to publish an announcement to one or more Zoho groups when the registration closes.
When I configure the test session, I shall be able to tell the tool to send an announcement.
The targetted groups are the same as for the registration opening message.
A default announcement shall be generated by the tool and I shall be able to edit it, until it is sent.
Alternatively, I can ask the tool to send the announcement to an email address [Mailing list URL].
Dear community,
[test session description] will be held from [session start date] to [session end date] in [location].
The registration to the event is now closed. You are no more able to add or edit your systems under test. Contact [first name, last name + mailto] for further guidance.

As a test session manager, when I configure a test session,
- I can ask the tool to send an announcement upon closure of the registration period;
- I can define the targetted groups in my Zoho network or en email address;
- I can edit the default text.
The announcement is actually sent to the targetted audience.
