Description
As an administator, I shall see an "edit" button in the announcement section of the home page. When I click on it, I shall see an advanced text editor (with ability to edit the HTML code).
Then, I shall be able to save and discard my changes.
Acceptance criteria
When the user as the admin role, he can update the content of the announcement page.
This admin user can also discard his changes (instead of saving).
