A new test case has been designed by the test designer and is ready to be published in the tool for SUT operators to execute it.

V1: The test designer creates locally the configuration file that represents the new test case. He then shares it in a git repository, and imports it in the tool through the GUI.

V2: The test designer enters manually the test case through a user-friendly GUI.

In the first version, we expect a minimalist GUI (link to git + import button) and a migration script to import all the content from GMM.
