List transaction instances

Sortable and filtered list of all the messages sent and received by the tool. For each message, the timestamp, initiator and responder are stored along with the tested transaction and the message types. For outgoing messages, if the user is logged in, it is set as the owner of the tool. For incoming messages, the IP address of the sender is used to populate the owner field.
